This is the top of a tall tree I saw Sunday in Parc de Vincennes, near Paris. Do you see a little headless man walking with a stick on that horizontal branch? Because I certainly do. I wonder where he's going...(click on image to make it bigger)
I look forward to seeing the pictures on your blog and this is one of my favorites so far! I think it's such a wonderful thing that nature gives us these little pieces of eye candy! It's amazing what we'll find if we take a minute to stop and smell the roses. Keep 'em coming!
Thank you for your feedback (do i know you? i know a couple of Katies) - yes, there are so many things to photograph, every day, and i only manage to snap a fraction of what i see, and each photograph is only the tip of the iceberg of life. But I'll keep snapping away anyway!
No, you don't know me. I came across your blog one day and have been visiting regularly ever since. I hope you don't mind that I linked to you. Thanks again!
Cool. Thanks for checking in! And no problem linking to me, the more the merrier (er, excepting ranting political blogs and other un-interesting effluvium). Happy blog trails...
When I first saw this pic (before reading), I actually thought there WAS a guy up there (those French, you know)! Hmmmm...Caleb might make a Lord of the Rings reference...it does have a sort of magical feel to it.
